Three missing children found dead after vanishing on visit with homeless dad

Kyle Ortiz and Brian Shaughnessy joined Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as partners in its bankruptcy and restructuring group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Ortiz represents debtors and creditors in large and complex Chapter 11 cases. He also represents investors and other creditors in complex restructuring matters, including cross-border restructurings, the firm said.

Shaughnessy works with complex business disputes involving bankruptcy, securities, and contract issues, as well as regulatory and corporate governance matters, among others, the firm said.
