Suspect in Colorado attack told police he researched for a year and targeted ‘Zionist group’

Sutherland Global Services Inc. plans to settle a lawsuit over its 401(k) plan fees and investment options after defeating plan participants’ request to have the case certified as a class action.

The parties reached a settlement in principle and requested that case deadlines be put on hold, according to a May 30 order by Magistrate Judge Colleen D. Holland. Holland gave the parties until June 30 to file an update on the status of the deal.
