Silver Alert issued for missing Logansport woman

Taylor Swift has allegedly taken legal action against a Colorado man, filing for a temporary restraining order on Friday, June 6.

The man allegedly made disturbing claims about the pop star and visited her Los Angeles home multiple times. According to legal documents obtained by Page Sixthe 35-year-old pop star claims Brian Jason Wagner, 38, insisted that he was in a relationship with her and even believed she was the mother of his child.

In the restraining order, Swift noted Wager believed he was “in a relationship with me … believing I am the mother of his son … [and] needing to see me in person,” among other things.

In the request, the songstress detailed how Wagner made several bizarre statements, all untrue, including that he lived at her property and needed to see her in person. The situation escalated when Wagner visited Swift’s home in 2024, and on one occasion, he was reportedly carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon, as Swift recounted in the documents. Wagner allegedly returned in May 2025, claiming he was there to check on a friend, which Swift stated was completely false.

Swift’s security team later discovered that Wagner had a criminal history, including being incarcerated. While in prison, he allegedly sent letters to Swift professing his infatuation with her and fabricating stories about their supposed romantic relationship. Wagner is also accused of obtaining the “Fortnight” singer’s address and attempting to have her mail sent to his own home.

Swift emphasized in the filing that she has never communicated with Wagner and that she also fears for her safety. According to the outlet, the court granted order is set to expire on June 30.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the 14-time Grammy winner’s only encounter with law enforcement in the past month. On May 14, human remains were found near Swift’s Rhode Island property, according to TMZ. The findings were thought to be in connection with a reported serial killer in the New England area.
