A class member in cases involving Facebook and Equifax filed a lawsuit on Thursday accusing three claims administrators of getting kickbacks from financial technology companies that disburse digital payments in settlements.

In a class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Tyler Baker accused Epiq Systems Inc., Angeion Group LLC and JND Legal Administration of fraud and breach of fiduciary duties to class counsel and the courts by not disclosing revenue sharing agreements they receive for using digital payments to compensate class members.
