The court battle between DDG and Halle Bailey has just escalated further. A judge has officially denied the Michigan rapper a restraining order against Bailey, despite him claiming that she is mentally unstable, stalking him, and attempting to fly with their child without informing him. DDG Called Halle Mentally Insane, Tried to Hide an Abortion, and Sent Him Chilling Messages
In the complaint, DDG (real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr.) had accused Bailey of stalking him, sending him creepy text messages, and even secretly obtaining an abortion because she was pregnant with their son. He also claimed that Bailey was not fit to go overseas with the child because of problems with her mental health.
In addition to trying to stop her from traveling, DDG asked the court to grant him sole custody of their baby boy, Halo. If the court would not grant him sole custody, he wanted at least the presence of a third party in custody exchanges.
But the judge was not moved by the appeal. The restraining order was refused and Bailey is still the main guardian of their child.
