Rite-Aid in Coalinga set to close as national bankruptcy decisions take effect

The Rite-Aid in Coalinga will be closing in the next few months due to national bankruptcy-related decisions.

The lease on the location is currently up for auction for a new business to take its place.

The City of Coalinga is aware that another business that has the same pharmaceutical connections as Rite-Aid is the biggest consideration.

There are still a few months left before the closure of the Rite-Aid, so customers can still get their medication, but new supplies will run out soon.

Starting next month, reward points and gift cards will no longer be redeemed.
