GeoLogics Corporation Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation

Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking into whether a class action lawsuit can be filed in light of the GeoLogics data breach.

As part of their investigation, they need to hear from individuals who received a notice stating they were impacted.

GeoLogics Corporation recently announced a data breach that may have exposed the personal information of 11,948 individuals. The Alexandria, Virginia-based technical services firm said unauthorized access to its network occurred between December 21 and 23, 2023, though the company only discovered the intrusion on October 16, 2024. A subsequent investigation concluded on April 8, 2025, confirming the scope of the GeoLogics Corporation data breach and identifying affected individuals.

Information potentially compromised includes names, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, financial account details, and driver’s license or state identification numbers. According to a report submitted to the Texas Attorney General’s Officemedical and health insurance information may have also been exposed.

If your information was exposed in the data breach, attorneys want to hear from you. You may be able to start a class action lawsuit to recover compensation for loss of privacy, time spent dealing with the breach, out-of-pocket costs, and more.
