Harvard, Federal Government Quarrel Over Preliminary Injunction Terms in International Students Lawsuit | News | The Harvard Crimson

(CNN) – Taylor Swift has a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker.

A judge in the case granted the singer’s request for the restraining order against 45-year-old Brian Jason Wagner from Colorado.

Wagner was ordered to keep a distance of at least 100 yards from Swift.

The petition states Wagner traveled to Swift’s private residence in Los Angeles several times, including twice last month.

It also claims that Wagner said he lives there and has a son with Swift.

It is also alleged that he obtained an identification card illegally, which linked his name to Swift’s address.

Swift said that she fears for her and her family’s safety.

The temporary restraining order expires on June 30.
