Newsom ‘Threatening’ Criminal Tax Evasion, Treasury Secretary Warns

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (WIBW) – A federal grand jury in Kansas City, Kansas, returned an indictment charging a Kansas man with drug trafficking.

According to court documents, Jeffery Michael Roark, 56, of Fort Scott, is charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is investigating the case. Assistant U.S. Attorney David Zabel is prosecuting the case.
