White Multicultural Student Services Administrator’s Race Discrimination Claim Against U Wisconsin Can Go Forward

National Public Radio (NPR) has filed a lawsuit against President Trump over his executive order to cease all federal funding for the nonprofit broadcaster.

According to the lawsuit, NPR and three other Colorado public radio stations say that the executive order that went into effect on May 1, violates the First Amendment protections of speech and the press.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Washington, D.C. on behalf of NPR and three of its member stations, Colorado Public Radio, Aspen Public Radio and KSUT Public Radio.

Their goal is to get the order permanently blocked and declared unconstitutional.
