This breach, which did not involve Radiology Chartered directly, originated on July 11, 2024, when Nationwide Recovery Services discovered unauthorized access to its network. An unknown actor had accessed and copied files between July 5 and July 11, 2024. Radiology Chartered only became aware of the incident on March 24, 2025, through notification from Nationwide Recovery Services.
Although the specific information involved in the data breach impacting Radiology Charteredcould not be determined for each individual,it potentially includes names, Social Security numbers, and birth dates.
Radiology Chartered, which was formerly known as Computer Scanning Services and CT Imaging LLC, is mailing written notice to individuals affected by the Nationwide Recovery Services data breach.
